Robot Readiness Review: Teams will have the opportunity to meet with volunteers in a scheduled 30-minute Zoom session and ask any last minute questions about scoring, programming, etc. Make sure to go through the Robot and Field Inspection Checklists linked above.
Judging: The judges are excited to see your hard work. This is your opportunity to share what you want them to know about your team, your processes and experiences this season, as well as anything else you feel is important to highlight. Teams will be allotted a 30-minute window for their judging interview and a 15 minute judging callback session. All teams should read Game Manual 1 - Remote Events to review all judging requirements.
Compass & Promote Award: These videos need to be uploaded into YouTube, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Box, or an equivalent file sharing site. Please make sure to provide us access to view the documents, and provide the link to them below. All Promote and Compass Award submissions are due on January 16, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET using the form linked above.
Dean's List: Dean's List will be handled by Ohio FTC and not by the qualifying tournaments. All submissions need to be received by January 15, 2021, and the interview-only event will take place on February 27-28, 2021.
The closing ceremony will take place via Zoom on Saturday, January 30 at 3:00 PM ET and will be open to the public. Click here to join the ceremony.
